Adult Classes Resume Sept 5th

Mondays 7:30-8:30pm with Pat

Get out your tap shoes and (re)discover a great secret; Tapping is infectiously fun and a fabulous way to get your heart thumping. Hoofers develop strong legs and get a great cardio workout. Practice the great original American dance style that is more popular now than ever!

Could you benefit from increased flexibility and better posture? Are you looking for a fun way to keep your mind sharp and your body active? Aren’t we all! Adult Jazz is what you need!

  • No experience required
  • Wear dance/yoga-wear or comfortable clothes suitable for movement, with bare feet or jazz shoes.
